but then the damn man who was at the camera counter was so like bo chup, and said "no international only local" in reply to my question about whether there was international warranty

i decided i was going to buy it at the sony store,

where i heard the warranty is valid internationally.

i swear this camera is crazily difficult to use lah.

there is actually a free course offered, to help you learn how to use it.

like wtf?

i was like HAHAHA GOT COURSE AR!!

now im like ok i think i might need that course -_-

the staff at sony were so super nice,

and i also learnt a new chinese word while i was there.

thanks to the manager man who came over and said, out of the blue,

"ke yi gei wo ni de dian hua hao ma ma? dian chi dao le wo hui da gei ni ok?"

i was like why is this weird man asking for my number, did he mistake me for his other customer, and what the hell is dian chi???

he finally realized raE is chinese illiterate, and repeated his question in english.

so i learnt dian chi is battery.

i thought nigel would be proud of me when i told him i learnt a new word yesterday.

instead, i got a "is that supposed to be a new word?" -_-

so anyway.

decided that since i'll be taking photos like mad,

i should start bloggin them now before they pile the hell up and i get too lazy to even start uploading any.

seeing as i have photos from part one of my holidays which started in perth, which have still at present, been left un-blogged.

our bags rock lah.

suppering at swensens with raymond like at 230am.

today it was bitching sesssion with my perth-singapore bitch buddy :P

also one of the people whose names i want to name one of my sons next time (chinese name). heh.

youre old already lah dear.

when my dad was your age i was already in his arms you know :p

its nice to have someone who thinks the same way as i do. =)

and then, as Z says, "transfer" to him.

went walk walking. and then dinner and uh. ktv. again. i know.

and tomorrow im supposed to be ktv-ing with my ddr boys.

decided to try the "smile shutter" function on the camera.

well, it works.

HAHAHAHA. damn funny. you smile and it takes your photo.

retarded and fun at the same time.

im frickin fat lah.

i look horrible in every photo, and i keep eating.

i refuse to eat supper tonight.

its good to be home.

they say home is where the heart is.

and they could not be more right.

thank you for coming to the airport,

for driving me,

for having to carry my luggage coz i am bluddy princess,

and for coming all the way down to have supper for 45mins.

you all know who you are.

i hope, and i suspect that i will be,
one of the most enjoyable holidays yet.

with all the recent events,

the past few days have involved constant repetitions of

"im going on holiday, im going on holiday"

to myself.

and now, im finally ON my holiday.
where nothing matters,

and where nothing can get me down.

im where my problems suddenly disappear,
and where i feel right where i belong.

it'll be as it should be,

for the next 4 weeks,

and i cannot wait.

i have discovered this new DS game,

(i know i know, im not one to talk, seeing as the reason i bought a DS was to play bluddy cooking ah-ma),

this game is damn good lah.

its all puzzles/brain-teaser type stuff.

its damn fun lah omg.

my supervisor is mean to me.

i cc'ed him this email to the lady who helped me process my advert for recruiting participants over the holiday

($10 per person ok, and i have to pay first then can claim back from the stupid department -_-),

and this is what he replied me.

ohwell. my friend says i should be glad coz it means we have a good enough relationship to do such things.
